The international exhibition “INTERSPACES - BEYOND THE TANGIBLE” will be held 26 May - 6 June 2023 at the prestigious GALLERIA LA PIGNA, which is housed in the 17th century Palace of Maffei Marescotti, in Rome.
The curator of the exhibition, art critic Dr Monica Ferrarini, invited F. J. Featham to participate in the exhibition with two oil paintings. The two paintings (“A stroll after an evening swim” and “Raindrops and landscape”) are characteristic works of the painter, who always strives to express the atmosphere and the essence of an image or experience in a deeply personal way.
Dr Ferrarini also edited the book “CAPSULE ART COLLECTION” (2022), published by the famous GANGEMI EDITORE (Rome) in which she presents the work of six contemporary artists. The book includes ten paintings by F. J. Featham.
The exhibition “INTERSPACES” takes place under the auspices of the Municipality of Rome and the Region of Lazio.
